We have an experienced managed services team providing a comprehensive support service for healthcare professionals such as GPs, private clinics, health centres and opticians. We are also the authors of Encompass eCare, a fully featured Optician application, providing customer management, appointment scheduling, recording of prescription and lens information as well as postal, email and text message appointment reminders.
Our healthcare services include:
Supply of Health One or Socrates software and necessary hardware.
Complete installation and configuration of software and hardware including networks where required.
Installation and configuration of Inventise iSafe on-line backup solution.
Hard-drive encryption of all workstations and laptops for complete data security.
User training for Health One or Socrates as well as other common business software such as Microsoft Word or Excel.
Ongoing annual support including software and hardware upgrades, (additional costs may apply).
