Pre-Pay Power are Ireland’s newest electricity utility company and were commissioned by Inventise in 2010 to develop their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This was designed from the ground up to provide the necessary functionality for the newly formed company. As well as providing standard CRM functionality, such as customer details, actions to follow up and correspondence tracking,  it also contains many additional advanced features such as automatic text messaging of customers, telephone integration and complex automated messaging with ESB servers to switch over clients. This tailor-made system has allowed Pre-Pay Power to rapidly take on new clients to become one of Ireland’s fastest growing utility companies.
