We recently completed a total overhaul of Dublin Simon Community’s website. Dublin Simon Community are the largest homeless charity in Dublin with annual revenues of 10 million euro, 140 staff and 250 volunteers. The website now has a completely new look and feel developed by our graphic design team, a new content management system (CMS) which allows their staff to regularly update content. In addition, the new site includes a shopping cart, donation module, project mapping, events management and newsletter functionality.
These changes along with search engine optimisation (SEO) have enabled this well known charity to significantly increase their online donations and profile. We were working with the other Simon Communities of Ireland in the latter part of 2011 to consolidate their web presence with a single offering rather than separate websites and technologies as is currently the case. This goal was successfully achieved in early in 2012 when Cork and Galway Simon also moved over to Inventise.
