The Challenge

Pre-Pay Power are Ireland’s newest electricity utility company and were commissioned by Inventise in 2011 to develop their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This was designed from the ground up to provide the necessary functionality for the newly formed company as well as future planned growth. 

The Solution

The new system is completely responsible for the entire customer acquisition and management process, right from the first customer phone call through to acquiring the customer from the ESB and statement statement production. The complete solution was project managed, designed, developed, implemented and is supported by Inventise.

  • Management of over 2 million MPRN records.
  • Mapping of property locations using GIS coordinates.
  • Online top-ups using Realex Payments.
  • Push workflow process management.
  • Integrated email and SMS message queuing and distribution.
  • SAP Crystal Reports integration for reporting, BI and KPI purposes.
